I am an IFMGA licensed Mountain Guide living in Bend, Oregon. I have been guiding since 1989, and most of my return clients would probably say that they can tell that I enjoy what I do!

I really like all three disciplines (Rock, Alpine and Ski), and have found over the years that keeping things varied is the best way to enjoy time in the mountains. I prefer to choose objectives based on conditions and weather, and I have a good idea what to do in the Northwest in any weather and conditions. Flexibility on objectives gives any trip the ability to adapt, and it is the way I prefer to roll!
